We offer friendly, reliable, door-to-door accessible transportation services from Monday to Friday to and from appointments within East Wellington and surrounding areas.
Transportation services are provided by either a wheelchair-accessible van/bus, a passenger van, or by car in the company of one of our friendly and dedicated volunteer drivers.

Service Eligibility

Service is provided to residents of East Wellington (Town of Erin and the Township of Guelph/Eramosa) who meet program eligibility requirements and are at least 16 years of age. Please contact the Transportation Coordinator for more information.

    Cost

    There is a cost for Transportation Service. However, some rides may be subsidized.

    We will ask you to provide the following:

    • First and last name

    • Date of birth

    • Phone number

    • Address

    • Emergency Contact

    • Health card number (if applicable)

    • Proof of income (if applicable)

    Once registered, requests for transportation must be received at least 2 business days before transportation is required.
